Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you full control over your email accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can create a brand new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box account to another, activate mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and protect your email mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against junk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unsolicited email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain email box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of specific criteria specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the e-mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mail messages from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply select the mail account you wish to forward electronic mails from, then select the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailboxes at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
